COLTON -- Dave Crosby of Colton has created a Spooky Town Train in his two-car garage which focuses on fun, not fright.
It features haunted buildings, lights, and sounds as well as trains running through the ghostly countryside.
“Dave does a lot for the community in conjunction with the Town of Colton’s Tourism & Beatification Committee; and now his passion for creating fun and interesting train layouts will delight all who see it,” writes Ruth McWilliams, committee member.
“It is a sight to behold. We have had toddlers to grandparents who have been mesmerized,” said his wife Sandi Uechi.
The Spooky Town Train is available to see at 29 Riverside Drive in Colton on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6-7 p.m. throughout the month of October until Halloween.
Signs are posted around the town of Colton; and a sign is posted at the end of the driveway leading to the garage with the train exhibit.
