COLTON – A Colton man with an alleged blood alcohol level of .21 percent drove his vehicle into a utility pole on Riverside Drive, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies.
Corey R. Kulhanek, 22, of 12 Riverside Dr., has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right after losing control of his vehicle, striking the pole on the left-hand side of the road.
Kulhank was issued appearance tickets returnable in Colton Town Court.
The alcohol level at which a driver may be charged with DWI is .08 percent.
