Cold one tonight: Low of -12 degrees F with -20 degrees F windchill forecasted

Seasonably low temperatures will continue this week throughout St. Lawrence County with a low of -12 expected tonight, according to the National Weather Service.

Wind chill values could dip as low as -20. Highs temperatures throughout the week will remain below freezing until at least Friday, and snow is possible Tuesday, according to the weather service.

This Afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 11. Wind chill values as low as -2. West wind around 8 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around -12. Wind chill values as low as -20. Southwest wind 3 to 7 mph. Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of light snow after 3pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 16. Wind chill values as low as -18. Southwest wind 3 to 8 mph.

Tuesday Night: A 50 percent chance of light snow before 3am. Cloudy, with a low around 4. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 18. Northeast wind 5 to 8 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Thursday: A 30 percent chance of snow showers after 8am. Partly sunny, with a high near 27. Northeast wind 3 to 5 mph.
