OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is selling raffle tickets for its Cash for the Holidays raffle.

Tickets are $10 each.

They are selling 2,000.

There will be three drawings.

On Sept. 17, they will draw for $25 gift certificates for The Place and Busy Corner.

On Sept. 24, they will draw for a $25 Dirty Gringo gift certificate and a $50 Partylite gift certificate.

The grand prize drawing is Oct. 2 at the hospital café. Winners do not need to be present.

The grand prize is $10,000. Second prize is a legal package from the Law Office of Marcia Lamay that includes a will, healthcare proxy and power of attorney paperwork, valued at $550. Third prize is a $500 Walmart gift card. Fourth prize is an iPad Mini valued at $300. Fifth prize is a $250 Price Chopper card. Sixth prize is a $250 Stewart’s card. Seventh prize is a framed John Morrow print “Blazing Quietude” valued at $245. Eighth prize is an Akwesasne Mohawk Casino package with an overnight stay, $25 resort award and $25 slot play valued at $239. Ninth prize is a $225 Gran-View gift certificate. Tenth prize is a $200 Sholette’s Liquor Store gift certificate. Eleventh prize is a $100 Brewer Bookstore gift certificate. Twelfth prize is a $100 CHMC gift shop gift certificate.

All proceeds go to the CHMC Auxiliary’s HEART committee, providing cash for hospital supplies and equipment.
