POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber still has a few tickets left to the Feb. 11 Clarkson University Golden Knights’ hockey game against the Brown University Bears, thanks to the generous support of Clarkson. Tickets are $13 each.

Those who hold tickets purchased from the chamber will be entered into a drawing for a Valentine-themed gift package with items donated by St. Lawrence Chocolates, Community Performance Series, Canton-Potsdam Hospital gift shop, ’Em Bears, Julian’s Restaurant, Northern Interiors, Walmart, The Copy Shop, and Willow Tree Florist.

The chamber will also give away gift certificates donated by Foxy Roxy’s.

In addition, three lucky ticket holders will be given the chance to try their hand at a “Make the Shot” competition. The winner takes home a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Blevin’s Motors.

“At this game, Clarkson will also be honoring those who serve in our military with special consideration for those from Fort Drum,” said chamber board past-president Janice Adderley. “This would be a wonderful opportunity to come out and let them know how much they mean to us here in the North Country.”
