A group of concerned Parishville-area residents are protesting the Parishville Town Council's public hearing tonight on a proposed wind tower law.
The groups will include Concerned Citizens for Rural Preservation, Parishville-Hopkinton Alliance and local citizens.
Anne Critton, who is organizing the demonstration, wants to start at 5 p.m. at the Parishville town offices, state Route 72, at 5 p.m.
She says she is concerned that the town's public hearing planned for Wednesday night on a proposed wind tower law may have not given the legally required notice in advance of the hearing.
