EDWARDS -- A late afternoon fire on Christmas Day in the Town of Edwards destroyed a garage and a pickup truck at a Talcville Road house.

The house was only ten feet away from the blazing garage, but firefighters limited the damage to the house to the exterior.

No injuries were reported.
