Timothy M. Campbell, 30, of Chase Mills Road, Chase Mills was charged Friday with a felony count of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and misdemeanor counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument and petit larceny, police said.
He was charged with the forged instrument and theft counts for allegedly forging and cashing a check for $250 on someone else's account on Jan. 9, according to documents filed with Massena court.
Campbell was charged with the needle count "during a drug investigation at 235 Center Street" on Friday, the documents say.
He was arraigned in Massena court by Justice Gerald Sharlow and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond, police said.
