Aaron L. Maslin Sr. was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute Monday in the Town of Madrid.
Deputies say Maslin was in a fight with his ex-girlfriend in the presence of three children. Deputies say that the fight became physical and Maslin allegedly covered the victim’s mouth and nose in a way that hindered her ability to breathe.
