WADDINGTON -- A Chase Mills man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on County Route 44, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
James J. Mcmanaman, 40, was reportedly charged with aggravated DWI and refusal to take a breath screening.
His blood-alcohol content was allegedly .33 percent. with is more than four times the legal limit of .08 percent.
Mcmanaman was released to a third party and is to appear in Waddington court at a later date to answer the charges, deputies said.
