CHASE MILLS -- A Chase Mills man has been charged with weapons and assault counts after the investigation of a domestic dispute in the town of Louisville.
Troopers responded to a complaint at 8 p.m., and subsequently charged Kyle T. Bair, 20, of Chase Mills, with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree menacing: weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon:intent to use, and petit larceny, all misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment: physical contact, a violation.
Troopers reported his status as "held."
