WADDINGTON -- A Chase Mills man was air-lifted to Vermont after he was hit by a Chevrolet Colorado while driving a motorcycle Thursday.
Allen W. Rowledge, 35, Chase Mills was suffered traumatic injuries to his extremities after he was stuck by a pickup truck driven by Jordan W. Arquiett, 20, of Waddington.
At 3:21 p.m. Thursday troopers responded to a report of a personal injury crash on Buck Road in the town of Waddington.
The investigation revealed that Arquiett was traveling north on Buck Road when he swerved into the southbound lane of travel and struck a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Rowledge who was traveling south.
Rowledge was ejected from his motorcycle.
He was air-lifted to University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont for treatment of traumatic injuries to his extremities.
Arquiett was not injured, but was ticketed for failure to keep right.
The accident remains under investigation.
