Rain and possibly a thunderstorm are predicted for the North Country today as first a warm front and then a cold front pass through the region dropping temperatures into the 40s by SUnday night.

Scattered showers and maybe a few isolated thunderstorms this afternoon are expected along a warm front approaching St. Lawrence County this morning, according to the National Weather Service.

The forecast calls for high temperatures to reach around 75 degrees with light southerly winds today.
