OGDENSBURG -- Catholic Charities is taking applications for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development grant.
There are two grants available of $4,250 each.
Application deadline in June 6, grant awards will be announced later that month.
To be eligible, a project must be aimed at alleviating causes of poverty. It must be a new initiative or enhance an established project. It must be sponsored by a 501c3 non-profit group. It must be able to somehow fund itself after the grant is spent and must be consistent with Catholic dogma, however applicants need not be Catholic.
