LISBON – Cars were lined up to get a last look Sunday night at Lights on the River, Lisbon’s third annual festival of holiday displays.
The festival has announced the Community Choice Award winners and raised money for local food pantries.
The winners were selected through a combination of public voting and volunteer judges from the food pantries that will benefit from this year’s donations.
More than 70 displays were lit up for the contest.
The winners are:
• In the Family & Friends category, Deliver the Booty by The Brander Family Generations, was first overall. The two displays that received the most votes were both in the Family & Friends category. The Joanette Family display came in second place overall, and lost out by only two points.
• A Touch Of Elegance by Salon 1020 won in the commercial category. Their entry ranked seventh overall.
• Christmas at Camp, by the Clear Pond Hunting Club, won in the non-profit category, ranked third overall
NorthCountryNow.com's Even Santa Visits NorthCountryNow.com! finished fourth in the commercial category.
