Dorothy Osterhout was killed after Joseph Wilkins, 84, turned left in a 2011 Chevy Impala toward State Highway 68 at around 9:20 p.m. Monday.
A 2008 Honda CRV driven by Jonathan Frederick, 46, of Ogdensburg drove into the passenger side of the vehicle.
Wilkins was transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, where he was treated for bruising and released.
Federick also had a passenger, Teegan J. Frederick, 9, of Ogdensburg, who was not injured.
