POTSDAM -- A Canton woman faces multiple charges after she allegedly kicked a Potsdam Police officer during a domestic dispute at 1:14 p.m. Monday, police said.
Kendra C. Newman, 21, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, petit larceny, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and resisting arrest.
Police said she damaged a jacket, stole a baseball cap and then kicked an officer while resisting arrest.
Police said the incident occurred on Maple Street.
Newman was ordered to return to Potsdam Village Court June 21.
Newman denies the charges.
