CANTON – The town board has appointed Matt Scafidi-McGuire to the Canton town Zoning Board of Appeals for a five-year term.
The town board approved the appointment at their meeting Wednesday, March 14.
Scafidi-McGuire joins Jonathan Pinckney, Janet Favro and Mike Morgan on the ZBA.
The town board is charged with appointing five members to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The ZBA is charged with interpreting zoning law and granting land use and area variances under the stipulations of town code.
