POTSDAM -- A Canton teen was charged at 1:51 p.m. Friday after he allegedly restrained a minor and subjected the victim to sexual contact on school grounds, Potsdam Police say.
Jeffrey W. Clark, 16, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
The incident allegedly occurred Thursday at Potsdam Central School, police said.
He was arraigned in Potsdam Village Court by Justice Pignone where he was also issued a stay away order of protection.
He was released under probation supervision.
