CANTON -- Scouts and extra helpers from Troop 27 in Canton came ready to work as they do every year to pack goodie bags for participants in the annual Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for Life.
The troop packed 350 bags, and are pictured proudly displaying this year’s event T-shirt.
Boy Scouts include Pat Thompson, Chris McGraw, Fred Given, Baoc Ballard, Cody White, Jacob White, Trevor White and Assistant Scout Masters Maureen McGaw and Adam Thompson. Extra helpers joining the Scouts were Jason White, Austin Whitmarsh, Morgan White, Emmah White and McKayla White.
The Moses Walk/Run takes place Sunday, April 29 at Appleton Arena in Canton. It is the primary fundraiser for the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund, with all money raised staying in St. Lawrence County.
