POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital has launched a new “Speaker’s Bureau,” an opportunity for local groups and organizations to enlist CPH doctors, nurses and other health professionals to speak at meetings and events free of charge.
Available topic areas include behavioral health, breast cancer support group, cancer screenings services, diabetes prevention and treatment, exercise and sleep for teens, fibromyalgia/chronic pain, general health topics, healthcare proxies/advance directives, Lifeline services, nutrition, ophthalmology, taking control of your health, volunteer services, and walking club.
Groups are asked to schedule the talks at least one month in advance by contacting Tracy Jarvis at 261-5401 or tjarvis@cphospital.org.
