POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital will host the Citizen Preparedness Corps' NY Citizen Preparedness Training Program on Friday, Sept. 9 in 2nd Floor Conference Rooms A&B with the first training session from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and the second session from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
The goal of the program is to provide citizens with the knowledge and tools to prepare for emergencies and disasters and their ensuing recovery periods. The training is free and open to all, including community members, residents, and local safety personnel. Light refreshments will be available.
