OGDENSBURG -- Canton and Ogdensburg residents took home the top prizes in the St. Joseph’s Foundation Golf Ball Drop fundrasier.
Paty Todd of Canton won the $1,000 top prize.
Kimberly Mathers of Canton won second prize of $200.
Wayne Ashley of Ogdensburg won the $100 third prize.
People entered the contest by purchasing tickets with numbers that corresponded to golf balls with the same digits. The balls were dropped from a helicopter onto Fr. Martin Field. The closest to a designated spot was the winner.
