The Canton Neighborhood Center recently received $1,000 from the Northern New York Foundation to purchase food from the Food Bank of Central New York.
With this grant, families were able to receive nutritional food to help supplement their income, the neighborhood center said.
This grant also allowed the center to buy more food for the families who use the pantry.
