CANTON -- A Canton man was jailed on $2,000 bail following a domestic dispute.
Melvin H. Daniels, 27, of U.S. Highway 11, was charged with felony criminal contempt and first-degree child endangerment after he violated an order of protection following a domestic dispute that involved physical contact Tuesday at 12:50 p.m.
St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said he was arraigned in Pierrepont Court and was sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.
