RUSSELL – A Canton man faces drunk driving and other charges following an ATV accident Sept. 3 while illegally driving on County Rt. 27, according to state police.

David V. Ellis, 37, was charged early Saturday with first-offense driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and illegally operating an ATV on a highway.

He was issued appearance tickets for court at a later date.

Cole J. Olmstead, 28, Canton, was similarly charged Sept. 4 in the same incident.
