OSWEGATCHIE -- A Canton man faces multiple charges following a driving while intoxicated incident at 11:46 p.m. Saturday, according to state police.
Matthew J. McAllister, 40, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, moving from lane unsafely, speeding, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Troopers say he was held following the incident.
