CANTON — A Canton man was jailed Thursday on numerous felony charges following an alleged domestic incident on U.S. Highway 11, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Shane H. Parsons, 31, was charged with second-degree burglary, felony, aggravated unlicensed family offense, felony, and first-degree criminal contempt, felony, officers said.
He was additionally charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, deputies said.
Parsons turned himself into the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office Thursday and was arraigned in Canton court on the charges.
He was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond, deputies said.
He is to face the charges in Canton court at a later date.
