CANTON -- A Canton man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he crashed and ATV and was pinned underneath.
Kirk W. Todd, 63, of Nickerson Road, Canton was charged after the Dec. 5 incident, county sheriff deputies said.
Deputies say they received a report that day of a personal injury four-wheeler accident on Nickerson Road. Todd was pinned underneath when emergency personnel arrived, police said.
Deputies say they and firefighters freed him.
He was charged and released with appearance tickets for Canton Town Court, deputies said.
