CANTON -- A Canton man was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail after being charged with several felonies related to house break-ins in the village, according to village police.
Sean D. Summer, 31, was charged early Saturday with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
Summer was charged following a telephone report of someone breaking into residences in the village, police said.
He was arraigned in Colton Town Court and will appear in Canton court later.
