POTSDAM -- A Canton man faces charges after allegedly striking another person's vehicle with his fists Wednesday afternoon during an argument in the Save-A-Lot parking lot, 200 Market St., according to Potsdam police.
Police said they responded to a report of a male beating on a vehicle with an adult male and a child in it.
Donald W. Oney, 47, was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct at 4:32 p.m., officers said.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court Feb. 13, police said.
