CANTON -- A Canton man has been charged after allegedly pulling a former girlfriend from a vehicle and burning an article of her clothing in front of her one-year-old child Monday.
Bradley J. Oshea, 26, of 7 Jones Rd., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree harassment in what St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies described as a domestic incident at Jameson Trailer Park.
Oshea was issued appearance tickets for a later court date.
