CANTON -- The Canton Free Library was the recipient of a $2,500 grant from Corning Incorporated Foundation.
The award was recommended by the Canton Corning plant managed by David T. Lucht.
Funds will be used to support programming and materials in a wide variety of formats available at the library.
The library staff and board of trustees says it sincerely acknowledges the gift and appreciates the continued interest in, and support of, our community library by a major local business.
