CANTON -- The annual autumn harvest dinner benefit at the 1844 House Restaurant, 6885 U.S. Highway 11, Oct. 15. There will be a cocktail hour starting at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. The meal will be prepared under the direction of Chef Brian Walker.
Dinner tickets are $70 per person with 50 percent of that amount being tax deductible.
The proceeds from this dinner benefit the North Country Grown Cooperative. The tax-deductible portion will go to NCGC for transport of local farm produce. For tickets and information, contact Margaret Bass, at mbass@stlawu.edu, or Sue Rau at manager@northcountrygrown.com.
