CANTON -- The Canton Free Library, 8 Park St., is launching library of tools, including gardening and hand tools, a small selection of power tools and some kitchen items.
Items can be borrowed by any St. Lawrence County resident, over age 18 with a library card in good standing.
A deposit may be required on some items.
The tool library is made possible by through a Canton Community Fund grant and by donations of gently used tools from community members.
