CANTON -- The Canton Central School Garden Project team is hosting “Farm to School Week” Oct. 1 to 5 as part of “Farm to You Fest,” a statewide event highlighting local food and agriculture in schools.
A variety of food-focused activities will be offered, including relay races, art projects and various garden chores.
Taste tests highlighting garden produce and locally sourced foods will be held.
School garden project volunteers and supporters are invited to a special dinner to recognize their contributions.
