CANTON -- Dr. M. Seth, a longtime member of the Canton Duplicate Bridge Club, recently presented a $1,556 check to the club.
The funding will be used to purchase a “Bridge Mate,” which is a computerized score keeping device. Joyce Monroe accepted the donation on behalf of the club.
Monroe said the club has thirty members, but newcomers are welcome.
“No invitation is necessary; you just need a partner,” she said. For those who want to play but don’t have a partner she said to give her a call at 315-262-2628.
Games are held at 1 p.m. on Mondays at Marine Corps League Center in Madrid.
