CANTON – Canton author M.A. Noble recently donated a copy of her suspense novel, ‘Taking Hart,’ set on the St. Lawrence River to the Morristown library.
The book’s main character grows up in a nearby fictional town on the St. Lawrence and is targeted by a killer after the boy’s mother disappears.
Originally from Edwards, Ms. Noble wrote for several educational publishers in California before returning to St. Lawrence County.
She has also written Fairview Farmer, about her father's farm life in the early 1900s, as well as Stranger Than Fiction: War of 1812, a musical parody/commentary.
‘Taking Hart’ is available at libraries throughout the county and can be purchased at area bookstores.
Ebooks and paperbacks are available online.
You can contact the author at manoble@rocketmail.com.
She is currently working on ‘Taking the Gold’, a sequel to Taking Hart.
