CANTON -- Twenty members of the Brossoit family gathered in Johnstown, Pa. recently to cheer on Brandon Brossoit in the opening weekend for the NAHL Johnstown Tomahawks.
Brossoit is the son of Canton's David Brossoit and his wife Sylvia, who now reside in Orange County, California.
Brossoit's cheering section all wore jerseys from his various other teams that he has played with during his career, including his cousin Mattie Lomoglio, wearing his very first jersey.
Brossoit scored a goal during the last period to secure the Tomahawks win 4-2.
