BRASHER -- A Brasher Falls teen is accused of possessing a stolen vehicle and having more than half a pound of marijuana.
State police say they arrested Joshua J. Jones, 17, at about 11 p.m. Monday on Cty. Rt. 55 near McCarthy Road, charging him with two felonies, fourth-degree criminal possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree criminal possession of marijuana-greater than 8 ounces, and a violation, unlawful possession of marijuana.
A Hogansburg man was also charged by state police with unlawful possession of marijuana Monday evening. Tyson L. Oakes, 20, was charged shortly after 8 p.m.
