WINTHROP – A Brasher Falls man is facing numerous charges after attempting to flee a state police trooper.
Brett L. Logan, 23, of 2450 County Route 55, Brasher Falls, was charged March 22 with unlawfully fleeing a police officer in connection with a pursuit which began at 12:08 a.m. on March 18.
Police initially attempted to pull Logan over for speeding on NYS Hwy. 11C, for driving 55 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone.
Police said they pursued him until finally pulling Logan over on the Green Meadow Road.
He was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets and is to face the charges April 3 in Town of Brasher Court.
