Brasher Falls man accused of driving with blood alcohol level more than three times legal limit

NORFOLK -- A Brasher Falls man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on County Route 49 Monday evening, according to state police.

Courtney J. Goodspeed, 38, was charged around 7 p.m. with first-offense aggravated DWI, failure to signal and crossing hazard markings, troopers said.

His blood-alcohol-content was reportedly .29 percent.

Goodspeed was released to a third party and is to answer the charges in Norfolk Town Court Aug. 13 at 9 a.m., officers said.
