MASSENA -- Boutique Air is now offering flights to Baltimore and Albany from Massena.
Flight service began April 17, according to a release from the airline. The company was recently awarded the town's DOT Essential Air Service contract to provide the service.
Boutique Air operates a fleet of both Swiss-made Pilatus PC-12 aircraft and Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft.
The company is an FAA-certified air carrier providing both air charter and scheduled service.
The airline services routes in Arizona, Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
Boutique Air replaces the town's former air service company, Cape Air. Months ago, the town board voted to switch carriers after a public forum that included input from local residents.
