Twenty-three students from Seaway Tech recently attended the Region II SkillsUSA Kickoff at Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES.
Students were involved in ice breaker and energizing activities lead by the New York Area II Vice President Travon Howard.
The evening concluded with dinner provided by the OHM BOCES culinary arts program.
