POTSDAM -- Best Friends Thrift Shop, 8 Raymond St., Potsdam, will not be accepting donations from Saturday, Aug. 25 through Saturday, Sept. 1 inclusive.

During all other times, donations can be made between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

The thrift shop benefits the Potsdam Humane Society and its animal shelter.
