MASSENA -- Assembly Member Addie Russell (D-Theresa) is to be keynote speaker at a rally to build support for education at Massena High School tonight.
The theme of the rally is "No More Excuses, Educate Every Student." Everyone is welcome to discuss the state of schools at the event, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
