MASSENA -- Assemblywoman Addie Russell is to visit the Massena Boys and Girls Club on Bayley Road Friday afternoon.
The office of the Theresa Democrat said she will be announcing her support for the Boys and Girls Club through the Community Capital Assistance program.
Russell represents the 116th Assembly District, the so-called "River District." It includes all communities in St. Lawrence County along the St. Lawrence River from Massena to Hammond. It also covers Canton, Potsdam and northern Jefferson County, excluding Watertown.
