MASSENA -- Massena Lodge 513 along with three other area Masonic Lodges held a public New York Masonic Safety Identification event with the Massena Chamber / Kiwanis annual Easter Egg Hunt, and provided 47 Safety Identification kits in just two hours.
The Masons provide free Safety Identification materials to families at events throughout the state. Families receive a CD with photos, fingerprints, and descriptions of participants. These can readily be handed to law enforcement should the family member go missing, and may assist in their safe recovery.
