FORT JACKSON — Any Olde Thing Antiques has recently re-opened for business.
Once located in an old barn in Nicholville, the shop was closed when proprietor, Laura Murphy, moved out of the area for a few years.
Any Olde Thing is back in its new location and although it is not quite as large as before, the shop offers something for everyone.
Any Olde Thing is located in Fort Jackson, just 1.5 miles from "downtown" Hopkinton and within 20 to 30 minutes from Potsdam, Massena, Winthrop, Akwesasne, Malone and surrounding towns. The address is 25 CR 51, Winthrop
“Expect to find a cozy, rustic atmosphere with many treasures from times past, as well as local arts and crafts and flea market finds. We feature antiques, collectibles, nostalgia, curiosities, ephemera and general items of interest.” Murphy said in a prepared statement.
