The National Weather Service says there is another gorgeous summer day in store for event-goers, outdoor yard work and sports in the St. Lawrence Valley today.

High temperatures today will be in the mid-80s and tonight, as clouds move in, the low will only get down to the mid-60s.

There is a 70 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms Sunday, with temperatures not reaching 80 degrees. The National Weather Service warns there could be as much as half an inch of rain.

The rain is expected to continue, diminishing to a 50 percent chance Sunday night and 30 percent Monday and 60 percent Tuesday.
